Article 110: Applicability of Pensions Law

The law applicable to the grant and payment to any public officer, or to his or her dependants, of any pension, compensation, gratuity or other like allowance in respect of the service of that officer shall be the law that was in force on the relevant date or any law not less favourable to the person concerned.
