Article 111: Revenue and Expenditure

The Legislature shall have the authority to levy or change the rates of revenue unless otherwise provided by law.
No expenditure of public money, no acquisition of assets and no incurrence of liabilities by government shall be authorised except by the Legislature by appropriation or by any other law.
A law enacted by the Legislature shall govern the operation of the Government's financial system and processes.
