Article 118: Constitutional Commission
Chapter VIII - Institutions Supporting Democracy·~1 min read
There shall be a Constitutional Commission comprising a Chairman and two other members, at least one of whom shall be an experienced lawyer.
The Commission shall advise the Government on constitutional matters, publish reports and discussion papers, and promote constitutional awareness.
The Commission shall not be subject to the direction or control of any other person or authority.
