Article 121: Register of Interests

The Commission for Standards in Public Life shall maintain a Register of Interests.
Every member of the Legislative Assembly and every person holding prescribed public office shall, upon taking office and at regular intervals, declare to the Commission his or her interests, assets, income and liabilities.
