Article 117: Commission for Standards in Public Life

There shall be a Commission for Standards in Public Life which shall consist of a Chairman and between two and four other members appointed by the Governor after consultation with the Premier and the Leader of the Opposition.
The functions of the Commission shall include setting standards of integrity and ethical conduct for public officials, monitoring and investigating compliance, supervising registers of interests, and reporting to the Legislative Assembly.
