Article 104: Subordinate Courts

A law enacted by the Legislature may establish courts subordinate to the Grand Court.
The Grand Court shall have supervisory jurisdiction over the proceedings of subordinate courts and may make such orders, issue such writs and give such directions as it may consider appropriate for the purpose of ensuring that justice is duly administered by such courts.
