Article 105: Judicial and Legal Services Commission

There shall be a Judicial and Legal Services Commission which shall consist of a Chairman who is not a legal practitioner and one other member, both appointed by the Governor after consultation with the Premier and the Leader of the Opposition; the President of the Court of Appeal; and other members as prescribed by this Constitution.
The Commission shall not be subject to the direction or control of any other person or authority.
