Article 97: Acting Judges of the Grand Court

If the office of Chief Justice is vacant or if the Chief Justice is for any reason unable to perform the functions of his or her office, then such other person as may be qualified for appointment as a judge may be appointed by the Governor to act as Chief Justice.
