Article 94: Constitution and Jurisdiction of the Grand Court

There shall be a Grand Court for the Cayman Islands which shall be a superior Court of Record and shall have such jurisdiction and powers as may be conferred on it by this Constitution and any other law.
The Court shall have an official seal bearing its name and a device approved by the Chief Justice.
