Article 95: Composition of the Grand Court

The Grand Court shall consist of a Chief Justice and such number of other judges as may be prescribed by law.
All the judges of the Grand Court, including the Chief Justice, shall be appointed by the Governor by instrument under the public seal in accordance with section 106.
The emoluments of the judges shall be prescribed by law and charged upon the revenues of the Cayman Islands, and shall not be reduced without the consent of the judge concerned.
