Article 106: Functions of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission

The Governor shall make appointments to judicial and legal offices in accordance with the advice of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission.
The offices to which this section applies include the Chief Justice, judges of the Grand Court, the President and judges of the Court of Appeal, the Attorney General, the Director of Public Prosecutions, and Magistrates.
