Article 13: Movement

No person shall be deprived by government of his or her freedom of movement, that is to say, the right to move freely throughout the Cayman Islands, the right to reside in any part of the Cayman Islands, the right to enter the Cayman Islands, the right to leave the Cayman Islands, and immunity from expulsion from the Cayman Islands.
