Article 20: Education

Government shall seek to achieve in the Cayman Islands the provision of primary and secondary education which shall, so far as government is able, be free.
No person shall be denied the right to education.
Government shall respect the right of parents to ensure education and teaching of their children in conformity with their religious and philosophical convictions.
