Article 30: Oaths

A person appointed to hold the office of Governor shall, before entering upon the duties of that office, take and subscribe the oath of allegiance and such oath for the due execution of the office of Governor as may be prescribed.
The said oaths shall be administered by the Chief Justice or, in his or her absence, by such other person as the Governor may appoint.

Governor must take oaths before assuming office.
