Article 31: Functions
Chapter II - The Governor·~1 min read
The Governor shall exercise his or her functions in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution and of any other law and, to the extent that such functions are not so prescribed, in such manner as the Governor shall think fit.
The Governor shall in particular take such steps as he or she considers appropriate for promoting good governance and the well-being of the people of the Cayman Islands.
