Article 34: Deputy Governor

There shall be a Deputy Governor of the Cayman Islands who shall be appointed by Her Majesty.
A person shall not be appointed as Deputy Governor unless he or she is a Caymanian and has considerable experience of public service within the Cayman Islands.
The Deputy Governor shall be the head of the civil service of the Cayman Islands.
