Article 46: Proceedings and Quorum

The Governor shall, so far as is practicable, preside at meetings of the Cabinet.
In the absence of the Governor, the Premier shall preside.
The Governor and the Premier shall agree on the agenda for meetings of the Cabinet.
A quorum of the Cabinet shall be a majority of the Ministers.
