Article 54: Allocation of Responsibilities

The Governor, acting in accordance with the advice of the Premier, shall by directions in writing charge any Minister with responsibility for the conduct of any business of the Government of the Cayman Islands.
One of the Ministers shall be charged with responsibility for finance.
All Ministers shall be collectively responsible for all measures approved by the Cabinet.
