The person presiding at a meeting of the Cabinet may summon any public officer to attend such meeting where in his or her opinion the business before the Cabinet renders the officer's presence desirable.
An elected member of the Legislative Assembly for an electoral district may attend a meeting of the Cabinet once every quarter to make representations about matters relating to his or her district.
