Article 51: Tenure of Premier

If the Legislative Assembly passes a resolution supported by the votes of not less than two-thirds of the elected members declaring that it has no confidence in the Premier, the Governor shall remove the Premier from office.
The Premier shall also vacate his or her office when after any general election the Governor appoints a person to the office of Premier.

Premier may be removed by two-thirds no-confidence vote.
