Article 61: Qualifications for Elected Membership

A person shall be qualified to be elected as a member of the Legislative Assembly if, and shall not be so qualified unless, he or she is a Caymanian, has attained the age of twenty-one years, is domiciled and resident in the Cayman Islands, and is otherwise qualified as a citizen.
