Article 65: Speaker and Deputy Speaker

The elected members of the Legislative Assembly shall elect a Speaker and a Deputy Speaker from among the elected members or from among persons who are qualified for election as members but are not members of the Assembly.
The Speaker and Deputy Speaker shall not be Ministers.
