Article 90: Qualifications of Electors

Every person shall be entitled to be registered as an elector in one electoral district if, and shall not be entitled to be so registered unless, he or she is a Caymanian, has attained the age of eighteen years, is resident in the Cayman Islands, and has been resident in the Cayman Islands for a period or periods amounting to not less than two years out of the four years immediately preceding the date of registration.

Elector eligibility: Caymanian, age 18, resident 2 of last 4 years.
