Article 87: Public Accounts Committee

As soon as practicable after each general election, the elected members of the Legislative Assembly shall elect from among their number a Public Accounts Committee.
The Public Accounts Committee shall examine the accounts of the Government and shall have access to all books, records, returns, reports and other documents relating or relevant to those accounts.
