Article 85: Recalling Dissolved Legislative Assembly

Where between a dissolution of the Legislative Assembly and the next following general election a matter arises which in the opinion of the Governor requires the recall of the dissolved Assembly, the Governor may summon the Assembly that has been dissolved, and that Assembly shall thereupon be deemed to be the Legislative Assembly until the date of the next general election.
Notes
Dissolved Assembly may be recalled for urgent matters.
