Article 75: Voting

Save as otherwise provided in this Constitution, all questions proposed for decision in the Legislative Assembly shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting.

The person presiding shall have no original vote but shall have and exercise a casting vote in the case of an equality of votes.

The Deputy Governor and the Attorney General shall not vote.
