Article 82: Privileges of the Legislative Assembly and Its Members

The Legislature may determine the privileges, immunities and powers of the Legislative Assembly and the members thereof; but no such privileges, immunities or powers shall exceed those for the time being held or enjoyed by the Commons House of Parliament of the United Kingdom or by the members thereof.
