Article 79: Return of Bills by the Governor

Where a bill has been presented to the Governor for his or her assent, the Governor may, within sixty days, return the bill to the Legislative Assembly with a message requesting that the Assembly reconsider the bill or any specified provision thereof and, in particular, any such amendments as he or she may recommend.
