Article 66: Determination of Questions as to Membership

The Grand Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any question whether any person has been validly elected as a member of the Legislative Assembly or whether the seat of any elected member has become vacant.

Any such determination shall be final and not subject to appeal.
