Article 89: Review and Alteration of Electoral District Boundaries

An Electoral Boundary Commission shall review the boundaries of the electoral districts and may make recommendations for changes to those boundaries.
The Commission shall ensure that the ratio of elected members to persons qualified to be registered as electors in each electoral district is, so far as is reasonably practicable, the same in each district.
