Article 91: Disqualifications of Electors

No person shall be entitled to be registered as an elector who is serving a sentence of imprisonment of twelve months or more, is certified to be insane or otherwise adjudged to be of unsound mind, or is disqualified for registration as an elector by any law relating to offences connected with elections.
