Article 74: Quorum

If at any time during a sitting of the Legislative Assembly the Speaker is satisfied that fewer than a majority of the elected members of the Assembly, together with the person presiding, are present, the Speaker shall adjourn the Assembly.

Quorum is majority of elected members plus presiding officer.
