Article 72: Presiding in the Legislative Assembly

The Speaker shall preside at any sitting of the Legislative Assembly.
In the absence of the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker shall preside.
In the absence of both the Speaker and Deputy Speaker, such elected member of the Assembly (not being a Minister) as the Assembly may elect for that purpose shall preside.
