Article 71: Standing Orders and Committees

Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, the Legislative Assembly may, with the approval of the Governor, make Standing Orders for the regulation and orderly conduct of its proceedings.
There shall be established a Finance Committee which shall examine the proposals of the Government for the expenditure of public monies.
